A Kriegsmarine EM NCOs summer uniform overseas cap, constructed of white cotton twill. It is fully surrounded by fold down side walls with gentle scalloping at the front. Stitched onto the peak of the cap is an insignia consisting of a white cotton base bearing a machine embroidered light blue Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika.
